Sins of the Father
Where has the world the world gone?
It seems so long ago that there was peace,
Don't you long to rest?
I bet you do, but keep on walking,
You made this mess,
Don't tell me that you're not guilty,
Be careful where you step,
These are strange times my friend,
O! These are strange times!
I was you once upon time,
I was you,
Ev'ry rose has its thorns,
So beautiful, but it'll make you bleed,
In retaliation you cut off e'vry blossom,
Till there's no more left,
What happens when the Garden is cut down?
Will there be no more flowers?
Be careful where you step,
These are strange times my friend,
O! These are strange times!
I was yo

Invictus by William Ernest Henely
"OUT of the night that covers me, Black as the Pit from pole to pole, I thank whatever gods may be For my unconquerable soul. In the fell clutch of circumstance 5 I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance, My head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears Looms but the Horror of the shade, 10And yet the menace of the years Finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate: 15 I am the captain of my soul."

This entry is likely to meet with immediate opposition, simply because I am a man writing about what is essentially a "female issue". Still, I hope to make some valid points. Recently it has occurred to me that there is a certain paradox within the feminist ideology. Now, as with all things, there are those who support or believe in something, and then those who carry those ideas to extremes. The problem I am talking about seems most prominent amongst those women who have been given names such as "feminazi" or "men-haters". As a man, do I feel particularly offended by their views, and will I use my site as a platform from which to attack them
Recently I had the misfortune of watching the low grade dreck and would be known as the 2009 Star Trek (haha I rhymed). While I won't go into a review for that Micheal Bayesque train wreck at the moment (I'll save that for another time), I will how now talk about something of a rather unsettling trend that nearly all films seem to have now. While I was watching that sad excuse of a film I became increasingly aware of how misogynistic it was, as nearly every woman in it was downgraded into being a sex object. This is really something nearly has been a big contributer in my ever growing distaste in modern cinema as it seems that they are forget

By the way… I know that it was a LONG time ago (and I hope that I have not asked you this before…), but I'd be interested to know how you found my artwork, if you remember... Was it just random browsing, or part of a group, or in someone else's faves? Or maybe you've come to visit me before and I just don't recognize your username/avatar yet?... Just curious
